Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $60.

Returns

You have 6 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return. The delivery day counts as day one. 

After 7 days, if the return package is not scanned by the carrier, we cannot accept your return or exchange.

A flat fee of $11.99 will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please note: 

*Shipping stores and kiosks may not guarantee timely returns.

*Items that are not in its original packaging will have a 8% restocking fee.

*Returns over $400 are subjected to a 5% restocking fee.

*All sale items are final sale.

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Orders that are not eligible for return will not be sent back.

*Mini Moda reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

Exchanges

 The fee for exchange is $5.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Refunds
After the return was received and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@minimodany.com.
